Dear Member/Supporter,

As you are aware we have just completed the most recent stage of our Gracedieu Development plan, which included our new floodlit training pitch, walking track and scoreboard.

The overall cost of this development was €280,000 which brings our overall expenditure on Gracedieu to over €3.7 million.

This stage of the development ran over budget and now we have a shortfall of €14,000 which is due to be paid to local businesses.

This shortfall was mainly due to an increase in building costs since our original budget and some unforseen but necessary additional works.

While this is a relatively small amount, we would like to maintain our good relationship with all our suppliers by paying them on time.

We are asking you, the members and supporters, to come on board with a club loan scheme.

We are asking you to contribute €100 to this scheme, which will solve the current cashflow problem by bringing forward the money due to the club in March 2024, thus enabling us to pay all our outstanding bills for the development work in September.

We would like to emphasise again that this €100 is strictly a loan and will be repaid by 31st March 2024.
