The death has taken place of John O'Mahony, An Cuainin, Tuar na Blatha, Ferrybank, Waterford on Monday 16th October 2023.

Formerly of Grange Heights. Late of Bausch and Lomb, De la Salle and Villa football clubs.

John's sisters, Sharon and Deirdre, brother in law Donal and nephews Sean, Daire and Conor are heavily involved with DLS.

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Thursday (19th October) from 6:30 pm to 8.30 pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 8 pm.

John’s funeral cortege will be walking from Ballytruckle Green on Friday for Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly on arrival at 2:30pm,

followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.
