Well done to our U18 girls who beat St Annes 1-13 to 0-12 the Minor A Championship, first round.

MAMOGIE

St Mary’s invited our Mamogie ladies up over the weekend, to play a game in Clonmel. Great craic was had on & off the pitch with food and refreshments provided & appreciated. A great battle with great spirit from the team. A great group of ladies who may never have got to know each other without Mamogie, all enjoying being part of De La Salle

GAA

Congrats to this week’s U8 hurler of the week Jackson Grant and to last week’s Seth Kehoe. Keep up the great work boys, huge improvements on skill levels every week, well done.

Goals win matches they say… Well done to our Minor Footballers who beat Cois Bhride 6-8 (24) to 2-13 (16) in the Minor Football Div 3 Semi Final with a County Final ahead now v St Patrick’s. It was a slow start for the lads in a highly contested first half that saw us a point up at the break, 3-4 (13) to 1-9 (12). The second half saw a better focused DLS with a determined game plan that saw the lads take control after going behind, to pull back and go on extending the lead in the closing minutes. A great battle that was won by good turnovers, great support play & well finished goals. Scorers; Darragh Keane 2-4, Darragh Doyle 2-1, Tom O’ Mahoney 1-1, Darragh O Connor 1-0, Luke Winkle 0-2. Squad; Sean Keane, Toby Ryan, JJ Cahill, Joel Hoban McGuire, Sean Burke, Daniel Goff, Charlie O’ Callaghan, Oisin Power, Jeff Fanning, Daniel Murphy, Luke Winkle, Tom O’ Mahoney, Darragh Keane, Matthew Mullally, Darragh Doyle, Adam Kearney, Rhys Morgan, Darragh O’ Connor, Alfie Oates, Josh Paul, Alex Reddin, Conor Treacy, Fionn Phelan, Cillian Sheridan. Management; Paul Keane, Eddie Mulligan, Brendan Mullally, Fran O’ Callaghan.
