CAMOGIE
Well done to our u12 White squad who had a great game against St Annes in the Platinum league in Cleaboy last week. Fantastic skills on display from all these young players. Keep up the excellent work girls and mentors.
Hard Luck to our Minor A Girls who were beaten by the narrowest of margins by Tramore 3-11 to 3-10 in Round three.  
Well done to our junior team who got the Junior Championship off to a winning start in Gracedieu. Great work girls and mentors. Result : DLS 2-15 Clonea 0-8.

A great one-point win by our U13A Hurlers who beat Clonea 3-8 to 4-4 in the Div 1 Championship, in Clonea.
Hard Luck to our Minor Hurlers who went down to Mount Sion in the Championship Div 1 with a result of De La Salle 3-13 (22) Mount Sion 1-21 (24). Thanks to Match Sponsor, Kearney Butchers, appreciated.
Well Done to our Junior A Hurlers who beat St Mary’s 2-12 to 1-8 in the Eastern Quarter Final in Portlaw over the weekend.
In the Senior Championship, Eddie Meaney was the hero with a late goal to overcome Passage in the Group stage of the Championship. He scored his third goal of the Championship as we overcame Tallow 1-28 to 1-13 in the Preliminary Quarter Final at the weekend. Scorers Reuben Halloran 0-10 (6F, 1x65, 3x Play) Cormac Dawson 0-5, Eddie Meaney 1-1, Jack Twomey 0-4, Jack Fagan 0-3,  Brian Cunningham 0-2, Thomas Douglas, Colm Morris, Conor Keane 0-1 each. We have now been drawn against Ballygunner in the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship Quarter Final on Sunday 18th August 2024 at 330pm in Walsh Park and look forward to seeing you all there.
 
INTER COUNTY
Huge well done to Izzy, Lauren, Lexi, Libby, Lilly & Mia who had excellent wins over Carlow & Monaghan which saw them into the cup final of the u14 All Ireland blitz in Innisfails GAA, Dublin where they had a good win over Offaly.
Huge well done to Beth & Eve who had a draw against Kildare, a win over Cavan and Offaly and went on to meet Roscommon in the cup final where they secured the win in the u14 All Ireland blitz in Trim, Meath.
Hard luck to Lauren and Katie who had wins against Antrim, Offaly & Galway to top their group but narrowly lost their cup final to Derry with a last grasp goal in extra time from the opposition to snatch the win in St Annes GAA Dublin in the U14 All Ireland blitz
