There was no jackpot winner in Monday 26/9/24’s draw for €19,000 Jackpot. The numbers drawn were 3, 13, 19 & 24 with next Draw on Mon 9/9/24 for a New Jackpot of €19,250. CAMOGIE

Hard luck to our u12 White squad who lost out to Butlerstown in the Waterford Camogie Platinum Cup final. These girls have had a superb year on the playing field and work extremely hard at training and in every match. A very bright future in camogie lies ahead for these girls. Congratulations to our opponents on the win.

Well done to our u12 Red squad who played an immense seventy minutes of Camogie on Sunday beating Mount Sion, losing to Ferrybank and meeting Mount Sion again in the Waterford Camogie Diamond Plaque final where they emerged worthy winners. This young group have worked hard all year. Well done girls and mentors. Thank you to all the supporters.

There are some fantastic pictures of our recent u16A County Championship semi-final game by John O'Neill, on our social media. Result : Tramore 3-08 DLS Reds 2-11. The Replay will be Sunday 8th September at 12noon in Gracedieu. Hard Luck to our U16D Camogie team who went down by the narrowest of margins to St Mollerans 2-9 to 3-7, in their semi-final.

Well done to our Senior girls on an emphatic win over Tramore in their Group 1, Round 2 game of the championship over the weekend.


GAA

Well done to our U12A Hurlers who had a 5-13 to 3-10 win over Lismore in the City League.

A nice win by our U15 Div 1 Hurlers, beating Fourmilewater 2-10 to 1-5 too, well done.


CONDOLENCES

On behalf of all in De La Salle GAA & Camogie Club, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Katie Evans who is a member of our minor & junior camogie panels on the sad loss of her Mam Eleanor. Deepest sympathies to all the family at this sad challenging time. She will be sadly missed by all. May Eleanor rest in peace.
