CAMOGIE
Congrats to our U16 Red squad who had an epic battle against St Annes to win the 16A County Final. A super bunch of girls with all 21 players putting in great work all year to run out U16A Camogie County Champions  Enjoy the celebrations girls and coaches, they are thoroughly deserved. Thank you to all the supporters for cheering on the girls all year. DLS 1-11 (14) v St Annes 2-3 (9). There’s some great photos, thanks to John O’ Neill, on our social media.
Well done to our U13 Stripes Squad who had a good win over St Annes in a very close game. Hard luck to the white and red squads who went down to Portlaw and Butlerstown respectively.

GAA
Well done to our Minor footballers on a great all round team performance to win v Stradbally midweek. We were 6 points up at half time and finished the game winning 2-09 to 0-12. Two super saves by Sean Keane ensured Stradbally remained goalless with our scores by Darragh Keane 1-05, Matthew Mullally 1-02, Peter Byrne & Tom O’ Mahoney 0-01. The weekend’s game v Erin’s Own didn’t go ahead as they have withdrawn from the Championship.
Well done to our U11 Hurlers who had a great game v Roanmore earlier in the week.

GOLF CLASSIC PHOTOS
There are some great photos from our gold day posted on social media, thanks to John O’ Neill. We apologise for not having full committee names last week and a special word of thanks and appreciation must go to the organising committee of Conan Watt, Simon Hall, Tom O’ Leary, Paul Moran, Tosh Walsh, Stephen King, Don Lalor and the great support and work behind the scenes by Megan Duke Club Secretary. Tom O Leary is to be commended for his Trojan work on the day, overseeing the smooth running, handing out the cards & supervising the scores which were very close!

WELLKIDS
Reminder that WellKids continues every Saturday in two locations. Gracedieu at 1130am and DLS College Hall at 1115am. All new starters are welcome! Also hurling continues on the college field for those boys born in 2018 and 2019s too. Thanks to Barry Murphy for kindly sponsoring our WellKids Salle Óg jersey and to Declan Furlong of Evoke German Kitchens who sponsored equipment for the coming year. The support of our sponsors like Barry and Declan is hugely appreciated as it allows us to keep providing Well Kids for all.
