Wedding

Congratulations to our senior hurling full back Ian Flynn who married Danielle Dower last Friday in Ballybricken Church before a large crowd of invited guests. The reception was held in the Tower Hotel and the huge De La Salle contingent enjoyed themselves there and on Saturday in The Cleaboy. We wish Ian and Danielle and their two children Freya and Jack every happiness for the future.

Official Opening

The official opening of our Gracedieu facilities has been set for 3.30 p.m. on Saturday August 19th. This is a much anticipated event in club circles as we have worked long and hard to provide the excellent facilities which we now have in Gracedieu.

All club members, friends and supporters are welcome to attend on Sat. Aug. 19th. There will be an activity filled day for all players from Under 6’s up to and including adult players. We will have a number of invited guests who will be joining us to celebrate this important event. More details to follow.

All Ireland Hurling Semi Final

We wish Derek McGrath, Kevin Moran, Jake Dillon, Shane McNulty, Stephen Daniels, Mark Cooney, Fergal O'Brien and the Waterford senior hurlers the very best of luck when they take on Cork in Croke Park next Sunday.
