Well done to Jayne Gater, Jodie Whelan, Katie Mullane (2-05) and Caragh Elliot on a 5-07 to 3-02 win over Clare in the U16A Rd 2 of the All-Ireland Shield Championship, with Waterford Camogie.

Hard luck to Keeley, Alannah, Beth (0-3), Abbie, Maggie, Alex, Brianna and all the Waterford girls, who went down against Cork in the National league Div 1A over the weekend.

Well Done to the Waterford hurlers but especially Shaun, Conor on the game day squad & to all the De La Salle lads on a good win over Antrim in the League campaign.

 

JUVENILE

Congratulations to John Murphy, who is u6 hurler of the week. John has really improved this week and his listening to the coaches and attention at training is paying off. Congrats also to Noah Whelan, who was last week’s under 6 hurler of the week. Well done Noah, great efforts at training and keep up the practice at home.

Well done to Adam Gabriel who was last week’s u7 hurler of the week. Since joining the group Adam has been a regular at training and as a result has developed into a very skilful player and is deserving of his award. Well done Adam and keep up the hard work.

Congrats also to Alfie Sage who was last week’s under 8 hurler of the week. Alfie is really developing into a skilful hurler who always gives a 100%. He is certainly one to watch out for in the future. Well done Alfie and keep up the hard work.

As the Club reached the finish line in Every Steps Counts Wednesday Walks 2025, huge well done to everyone who participated. Congratulations and thank you for winning €2,500 in Club Funding in the Munster Club category.
