There was no winner of our Lotto jackpot on Monday week last and it now stands at €2,000. The next draw takes place this Tuesday 5th June. Numbers drawn were 6, 22, 26, 31. There were five winners of €20 each.

Munster Senior Hurling Championship

Hard luck to Derek McGrath, Jake Dillon, Shane McNulty, Mark Cooney, Fergal O'Brien, Kevin Moran, and the Waterford senior hurlers on being held to a draw with Tipperary in Limerick last Sunday who benefitted from a decision to award them a ‘ghost’ goal which on social media has been described as the worst decision since the awarding of a match winning goal to Meath against Louth in the 2010 Leinster football final.

Wedding

Congratulations to three in a row U-21 hurling selector Barry Murphy who married Laura Stack in Limerick at the weekend. We wish Barry and Laura every happiness for the future.

Ardagh Cup

Congratulations to our intermediate footballers Mitchell Casey and Colm Clancy on winning the Ardagh Cup with Waterford Crystal last Friday. Well done to Mitchell who was named man of the match on the night.

De La Salle Camogie

Best wishes to our U-14 camogie team who are travelling to Castlebar next Friday to play in Feile na nGael. We play Westport, Kilworth (Cork) and our host club Castlebar Mitchells. Hopefully our young team will enjoy the weekend.
