#ShakeUrSalle is an exciting  new fun filled Club Community Initiative for you and your family to participate in over the Easter holidays.  Keep an eye on our social media sites for the launch this Thursday 1st April.  The exercises/activities will be demonstrated by our senior camogie and senior hurlers including inter county players so don’t miss out. Keep an eye out for the hash tag #ShakeUrSalle, and share on your own social media and you never know you might just win a prize!  Thanks to Ricky Grogan, Beth Carton and Jake Dillon for managing the programme and to all the players involved for demonstrating the exercises, all within the Covid guidelines.
