COMMUNITY

The ‘GAA Healthy Clubs My Mind Matters’ challenge threw in on Sunday 10th October with an Introduction to Yoga on World on Mental Health Day thanks to Suzanne Wymberry & Bridget Tubbritt. It was an enjoyable morning with the most important thing after, a cuppa & a chat. Remember, someone you know may need your listening ear and it’s good for mental health to exercise, socialise & chat. Let’s keep an eye on each in the Club and keep an eye on social media for more healthy club challenges over the next three weeks.

CLUB LOTTO
