CAMOGIE
Well done to our U12 Whites squad who travelled to Tramore Camogie for the u12 grading blitz playing against the host club & St Declan's Camogie. The Red squad were busy grading in Cleaboy. Well done everyone, keep up the great work and practice, huge skills improvements all round.
Well done to our club girls Alyssa, Jodie, Zoe, Kate G, Eva, Eve, Jayne & Kate W who played with the Waterford U14 Camogie squads against Carlow at the Netwatch Centre of Excellence over the weekend. Well done to our minor squad & mentors on a good win away to Brickey Rangers Camogie at Bushy Park in Round 2 of the championship, during the week.
Hard luck to our Senior squad who lost out in their round 2 Senior League game away to Gailltir in Ballygunner GAA. Great to see some of our youth girls making their adult debuts. Both teams observed a minute's silence before throw in, in memory of Kate Moran Athenry & Galway camogie, R.I.P
Unfortunately, Waterford Seniors went down to Cork over the weekend, commiserations to Brianna, Keeley, Beth & Abby. Well Done to Beth on four points, two from play and two from frees. Well done to the Waterford Junior Team and our Club girls Niamh, Holly, Lucy & Colette who had an emphatic win over Limerick to gain a place in the Munster Final v Clare or Cork.

Well done to everyone from the Club who travelled that horrible return journey to Limerick, returning in the late hours to support Waterford and witness a Munster Championship thriller that saw Limerick survive two late Waterford goals. Well Done to Shaun, Shane & Jack on solid and superb performances.
DIY SOS
De La Salle GAA & Camogie were proud to support Laura Sheridan and her family during the making of the DIY SOS programme aired over the weekend, by extending the use of our Cleaboy grounds as the support hub for the army of fantastic volunteers working on the project. Best Wishes to Laura and her family into the future and the story brought a tear to the eye as the community rallied to support the family at a challenging time. Well Done everyone, a fantastic achievement in nine days.
