COMMUNITY
Great to see so many coaches and mentors on every inch of field space in Gracedieu on Wednesday and thanks to Suzanne & Kay who served the refreshments, whilst Deirdre looked after The Shop. Don't forget if you're staying around on a Wednesday, whilst your children are training, there's complimentary teas and coffees available at 'The Hatch', courtesy of the kind volunteers from the Community Committee.

Well done to our u10 girls & mentors who got to play at half time in Sunday's Waterford v Wexford Senior Championship game in Walsh Park. Great skill shown by all, keep up the great work.
Our U12A DLS Reds had a good 3-6 to 1-0 win over Butlerstown whilst the White team narrowly lost out to Ferrybank, well done girls!
Hard Luck to our U14C squad who went down to Ferrybank 2-4 DLS Whites 1-1. A very physical game where the girls produced a great performance fighting all the way to the end, keep up the good work girls. .
Well done to our club girls Kate W, Kate G, Zoe & Jodie who played with Waterford U14 White squad and Emily B & Shayla who played with the U14 Blue squad against two Wexford teams in New Ross over the weekend. Two excellent games girls, keep up the good work!
Well done to our U16 girls who drew away to Mondeligo away.
3-6 to 2-9. Congrats to our Senior girls on beating Cappoquin 2-09 to 0-14 to reach the League Final.
Hard luck to our club girls Lucy, Niamh, Holly, Katie & Colette who went down to Cavan with the Waterford Camogie Junior squad away. Next up is Mayo next Saturday in WIT Arena at 4pm.
Well Done to Brianna, Keeley, Beth & Abby on a comfortable win v Wexford in the All-Ireland Championship with all our girls playing well with Beth knocking up eight points and Abby on the scoreboard too. Next up is Tipperary as a curtain raiser for the Munster Senior Hurling Final.

Well Done to Mikey Coffey U7 Player of the Week at DLS College, Congrats to Jeffrey Wyse, U8 player of the week for the Gracedieu hurling group. Keep up the practice Jeffrey & Mikey, great work boys. Our U9 hurlers had a great evening out for a blitz in Ballygunner during the week with great displays of hurling skills by all. Huge Congrats to our U11 hurlers who won the City League beating Mount Sion 3-5 to 2-4, well done boys and mentors.

CONDOLENCES
Deepest sympathies are extended to Eileen & Mark Power on the recent death of Pat Power. Pat was a former Club member, brother of the late Ritchie Power and his son Mark played with us. We were all also saddened to hear of the death of Mary Morris also. Mary is the mother of Club stalwart Paudge Morris. Rest in Peace Mary & Pat and our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends at this sad challenging time. Ar dheis De go raibh a n-anamacha.
