CLUB LOTTO

There was NO WINNER in this week’s Lotto Draw with numbers drawn 6, 20, 25 & 27. The next Draw is on Mon 18/7/22 for a Jackpot of €5,750. COMMUNITY

A fantastic Family Fun Day was held in Gracedieu, thanks to all the Family Fun Day Committee, huge army of volunteers, our supporters & sponsors and more importantly each & every person who came to Gracedieu. Thanks to Waterford Fire Station, the local Community Gardai and St Dominic’s Credit Union for attending and supporting our family day. Congratulations to our Under 9 player Jerry Moran who recently won an St Dominic’s Credit Union pack and €50 O’Neill’s voucher. Enjoy Jerry! SDCU are fantastic supporters of our Juvenile Club.

BOWLS CLUB

Well Done to all at the Bowls Club who had their prize giving on Thursday evening with John Kelly winner of the singles. Brendan and Pat Dalton won the doubles with Club Chairperson Helen Power presenting the prizes. The Club currently has four vacancies and if you’re interested, call along to Gracedieu on a Thursday evening at 6-7pm.

CAMOGIE 

Well done to our U14 Whites squad who travelled to Dungarvan GAA over the weekend and put in a brilliant display of Camogie in round 3 of the u14C league. A fantastic team effort from all the girls. Well done to our u16 girls who had a good win in u16A championship game away to Gailltir during the week. Keep up the great work girls & mentors. This week our U14 Reds play Tramore in Gracedieu on Thurs 14/7/22 at 630pm whilst our U14 White team play An Rinn same night and venue at 745pm.

GAA

Congrats to this week’s u7 hurlers of the week gracedieu and college field Lennon O Leary & Oliver Hutchinson. Big shout out to Tristan Bible, under 8 player of the week in Gracedieu and Mason O’Mahony, last week’s college U8 player of week. Well Done boys, keep up the great work & practice.

Two of our U9 hurling teams played Cois Bhride in Gracedieu today and two other teams played away to St.Saviours on Saturday. Great skills on display by all teams. Well Done boys, thanks to the coaches & mentors & great to see so many parents supporting the teams.

Our U15 Hurlers had a good win v Lismore 3-15 to 3-8 in Gracedieu on Sunday whilst our Minor Hurlers had a 3-1- to 2-10 win over St Mollerans at home during the week in the Championship group stage.

On Wed 13/7/22 our U13A Hurlers play Abbeyside in Gracedieu at 7pm. Our Minor Hurlers play Mount Sion in Gracedieu at 730pm on Thurs 14/7/22 at 730pm and our U15 Hurlers are out again on Mon 18/7/22 at 7pm v Brickey Rangers in Gracedieu. 

WIN A HOUSE TICKETS

Anybody considering buying a ‘Win A House Dungarvan’ tickets, we’d ask you to please buy from the Club. We have to sell at least 60 tickets and anyone who has a ticket bought before next Sunday will also be in for a draw for two All-Ireland Hurling Final tickets and €250 cash from the” Win a House Draw”. If anyone wants a ticket please contact us by social media or let Club Secretary Paul Keane know on 087-6530013. Any tickets sold to Club members online will be included in our allocation, so make sure to select club ticket in the seller field. We can give your name then & give back a paper ticket unsold.
