LOTTO JACKPOT €10,500

There was no jackpot winner in the last draw, with numbers drawn 14, 25, 28, 29. The next draw is Mon 17th April 2023 for a Jackpot of €10,500. The last Lucky Dip Winners were Noreen Cotter, Leslie O’ Brien, Stephanie Mullane and Jonathon Power.

CLUB COACHING

Well Done to all involved in the organisation of the Fundamental Movement Workshop 1 with Pat Flanagan in Gracedieu, with a big number of coaches in attendance from all sections of the Club.

EASTER CAMP

Our 2023 Easter Camp went ahead, despite the challenges of the weather. Thanks to everyone who made it happen and to Beth Carton and Brianna O’ Regan who took time to drop by.

CAMOGIE

Well done to our U12 teams who hosted Rower/Inistigoe teams in Gracedieu for two great challenge matches. Thank you to Mya and Alannah for refereeing and Kayleigh on management duty. A huge shout out to the Community Committee and all the parents for providing the refreshments. Thanks to the Rower/Inistigoe for travelling down to us and wishing a speedy recovery to Carly who sustained an injury in the games. Well done to our U15 girls who participated in Feile Group 1 over the weekend, with the following results; Game 1 DLS 4-2 St Annes 1-5. Game 2 St Annes 0-2 Gailltir 1-8. Game 3 DLS 0-1 Gailltir 1-1. Well done girls ye gave it everything as always. Our u16 squad played their Round 3 game in the championship last Thursday evening v Portlaw in Gracedieu. A very highly entertaining & skilful game on the night with our visitors running out victorious by 1 point. Next up for our club girls is a visit to Butlerstown in round 4 on Thurs 27th April at 630pm. In the Electric Ireland Minor A All-Ireland Championship, Waterford beat Tipperary 1-14 (17) to 2-09 (15) and now qualify for the All-Ireland Championship semi-finals. Well done to our DLS girls Alex Healy, Alannah McNulty, Maggie Gostl (1-06) & Isobel Boland who played prominent roles throughout the group games. A special mention to Maggie who after the camogie game dashed down the motorway to Mitchelstown to line out for Bohemians FC in their U19 Munster Final, and won. Congrats!

GAA

Well Done to our under 15s squad and management team who took time out for some team building at Fota Adventure Centre, with a great day had by all. Hard Luck to our Senior Hurlers who went down to Lismore in the All-County Div 2 League, 4-17 to 1-11. Next up is Mondeligo away on Friday 21st April at 7pm.
